Shipping to EU and Other Countries

You’ve fallen in love with our dioramas and wish to order but don’t live in Austria, Germany, or Switzerland?

Here’s a little guideline on how to order your diorama.

Please use our contact form to write us (in English or German) which dioramas you wish to order and where you live (incl. address). We will move mountains to find the right shipping partner and make sure your diorama(s) will get to you safely and on time.

We will provide reliable and prompt information about shipping and handling costs.

As soon as you have given us the go-ahead, we will send you an invoice that you can pay via instant transfer, PayPal, or credit/debit card within ten days. As soon as we’ve received the amount, we will send the package your way and provide you with the shipment tracking information.

 

PLEASE NOTE

1. Customers abroad/in Switzerland may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees not included in the total price. These additional costs will be charged to the buyer by the import authority.

2. The customer shall bear all direct costs of the return shipment. The return shipment must be in mint condition (criteria for returns: insured and marked as fragile goods). Please use our original packaging materials. Returns that do not meet these return criteria will not be accepted.
Please note that there is no right of withdrawal according to the Austrian Foreign Transactions Act (§ 18 Abs 1 Z 3 FAGG) for items created according to customer specifications or items that were specifically tailored to personal needs.

The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria. Austrian laws apply.
